*A United Way Day is an extra paid day off (based on your schedule and up to 7.5 hours if you are non-exempt) that you can utilize the calendar year we collect the pledged amount, i.e. United Way Days are provided in the calendar year 2026 for the 2025-2026 campaign pledge. You must contribute the entire campaign pledge to receive the United Way Day, therefore it is not paid out should your employment terminate. The United Way Day is not eligible to be rolled-over to future years. To qualify for United Way days and grand prize raffle, you pledge can be designated to an internal Bold Goal or program, but cannot be designated externally.
